Andrea P. Pulizzi, Esq.

Andrea is a graduate of Lycoming College where she was a member of the Psychology National Honor Society and received her B.A. in Psychology in 1999. After receiving her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2003 she returned to the Lycoming County area to begin her legal career.

Her main focus is in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Estate Planning and General Law. She has been representing clients in various counties of Pennsylvania since her admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lycoming Law Association.

Andrea lives in Williamsport with her three children and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with various youth activities.

Andrea focuses in the areas of General Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation.

Timothy A.B. Reitz, Esq.

Attorney Timothy Reitz is a proud graduate of Montgomery High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed onboard the USS Elliot. After returning from the Navy he enrolled and completed a degree in Legal Studies before attending law school in Rhode Island. During his enrollment at Roger Williams School of Law, he was selected to clerk at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg Germany. Upon graduation of law school, Attorney Reitz chose to return home to Montgomery. Since his admission to the bar, he has focused his practice on litigation.

A current resident of Montgomery, Attorney Reitz spends his free time coaching wrestling at Montgomery High School and Dog Pound Wrestling Club, road cycling and judo.

Attorney Timothy Reitz focuses his practice on Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Criminal Law and Family Law.

Dale A. Tice, Esq.

Dale received his B.A. from Bluffton College and his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the Appellate Moot Court Board. Upon graduation from Dickinson, he received the William H. Dodd Award, given to the senior who best exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession.

Dale has spoken to many groups of landowners on the subject of oil and gas law, focusing on protecting the landowners’ rights. He has worked extensively with the Penn State Cooperative Extension and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute presenting continuing legal education seminars for lawyers on oil and gas law and has been quoted in the New York Times and Investor’s Business Daily.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves as a Director of the Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners.

Outside of work Dale enjoys amateur astronomy and hiking with his children, Dean and Sierra.

Dale practices in the areas of Elder Law, Asset Preservation, Oil & Gas Law, Estate Administration, and Real Estate.

L. Craig Harris, Esq.

Craig graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in economics. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Craig practices law primarily in the areas of real estate, family law, business planning and development, estate planning, elder care and estate administration.

Craig served on the Executive Committee of the Lycoming Law Association during the years 2000-2008 and as its President in 2007. He currently serves on various boards of the Jersey Shore Hospital as well as on the Board of the Jersey Shore Area Chamber of Commerce for a period in excess of 20 years, has also been a past president fifteen years.

Craig has represented several local manufacturing companies in connection with obtaining Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority financing for construction and expansion of their local facilities, resulting in additional employment opportunities for people in the Jersey Shore area. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Housing and Development Corporation of Jersey Shore, the Board of Directors of the Jersey Shore Hospital, acting Chairman of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Jersey Shore Lions Club and is past President of the Lycoming Law Association.

Craig is an avid sportsman who enjoys tennis, skiing and golf. He also sings in a men’s quartet that performs at community and church events. Craig grew up in Lock Haven and now lives in Loyalsock with his wife, Marty. He is the father of two grown sons and has three grandchildren, Juliet, Mac and Sophia.

Martin A. Flayhart, Esq.

Martin received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1974. Previously, he received his B.A. degree with honors from the University of Virginia in 1971, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. During 1969-70, he studied in Scotland at the University of Edinburgh.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has appeared and argued a case before the United States Supreme Court.

Martin practices law primarily in the areas of social security disability, personal injury, municipal law, and real estate.

He is a member of the Lock Haven Rotary Club and has been a past president of this organization. Martin is also a member of the Jersey Shore Area Chamber of Commerce and is a current board member and past president.

He has taught several legal courses as an adjunct faculty member at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA and at Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. He has also been a legal advisor to the student team for the Mock Trial Competition at Jersey Shore High School.

As a hobby, he plays clarinet in the Repasz Band of Williamsport, PA, which is the oldest civilian band in the United States having been founded in 1831. He and his wife live in Cogan Station, PA with their mix Labrador-pointer, Willow.
