Dale A. Tice, Esq.
Dale Tice attained his B.A. from Bluffton College and his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the Appellate Moot Court Board.
Upon graduation from Dickinson, he received the William H. Dodd Award, bestowed to the senior who best exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession.
Dale has been a speaker to many groups of landowners on the subject of oil and gas law, focusing on the protection of landowner’s rights. He has had extensive experience with the Penn State Cooperative Extension and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, presenting continuing legal education seminars for lawyers on oil and gas law. Tice has been quoted in the New York Times and Investor’s Business Daily. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves as director of the Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners.
Dale enjoys amateur astronomy and hiking with his children, Dean and Sierra.
Tice practices in the areas of elder law, asset preservation, oil and gas law, estate administration, and real estate.
